It doesn't look like the new River House condo building is doing so well downtown. They are suing around 24 people to force them to close on the condos they put down payments on. Only 52 out of 200 condos have closed and people have moved in. Sounds similar to Icon on Bond, which is always dark when I drive by. Sounds like the condo bust has hit GR.
